REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

JOBPROFIT is a digital product delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

EU/EEA consumers

Where applicable, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

This right may be lost when the customer expressly consents to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access or downloading begins.

If this consent and acknowledgement have been provided, refunds are not normally available for a change of mind after the digital files have been supplied or accessed.

Defective, missing or non-conforming files

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

Please contact us if:

• you do not receive access to the purchased files;
• the download link does not work;
• a file is corrupted or unusable;
• the product is materially different from its description;
• you have been charged more than once for the same order.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working replacement, corrected file or technical assistance. Where the issue cannot be resolved, the customer may be entitled to a price reduction, cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Customers outside the EU/EEA

Because JOBPROFIT is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or in cases involving duplicate charges, failed delivery, defective files or material non-conformity.
